1. General Terms

1.3. You understand that a breach of any of these terms may result in your rights to use the services on the Platform being restricted, suspended, or withdrawn.

2. Membership and Registration

2.1. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2.2. To create an account, you must provide the following information: full name, email address, telephone number, and delivery address. Upon registration, you must confirm your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach, you must notify us immediately at adimeals@gmail.com or click here.

2.4. By creating an account, you gain the ability to select food options from our Soup Box or Food Box, add items to your cart, and request delivery to your registered address.

2.5. We reserve the right to require you to update your password if we detect potential security issues. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or deletion.

2.6. You confirm that all account information is truthful, up-to-date, and not misleading. You agree to update your account details promptly and accept responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

2.7. The information provided during registration is considered proof of your identity. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of your details and request additional documentation if necessary.

2.8. You may terminate your account at any time, at which point your account details will be removed from the platform.

3. Conditions for Account Registration

By registering for an account on our platform, you agree to the following conditions:

4. Food Selection and Checkout

4.1.Once logged in, you can explore our Soup Box or Food Box options to select the food items of your choice.

4.2. After selecting your desired food, you can add it to your cart or select individual items. Once you are ready, proceed to the checkout page.

4.3. On the checkout page, you will be prompted to make payment via one of our available payment channels, including but not limited to Flutterwave, Paystack, or Interswitch.

5. Payment

5.1. All payments made on the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors, including Flutterwave, Paystack, and Interswitch, which provide secure gateways for online transactions.

5.2. To complete an order, payment can be made via the following methods:

5.4. Prices for meals and other items are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes. The total amount, including food and delivery fees, will be shown at checkout.

5.5. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order, and the order will only be processed after payment is successfully received.

5.6. By using the Platform and making payments, you agree to comply with the terms outlined above.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

6.1. You can close your account and stop using our service at any time by contacting us at the contact details provided in this document (adimeals@gmail.com ) Upon account termination, your account details will be removed from the Platform.

6.2. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at any time and without prior notice if we find your behavior or use of the Platform inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms. Any decision regarding account suspension or deletion is final.

6.3. Suspending or deleting your account due to your violation of these terms does not entitle you to claim any compensation, damages, or reimbursement. Furthermore, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or prices owed for services rendered before account suspension or deletion.

7. Content on the Platform

7.1. Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and videos, is owned or licensed by Adimeals or its licensors. We retain all intellectual property rights associated with the content.

7.2. You may only use the content on the Platform in a manner that is necessary or implied for the proper use of the service. Any unauthorized use, such as copying, sharing, modifying, or distributing content beyond personal or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

7.3. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please notify us using the contact details provided in this document. We take all claims of infringement seriously and will investigate the matter accordingly.

7.4  Users may upload content (e.g., reviews, comments, ratings) to the Platform. By doing so, you grant Adimeals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content on the Platform.

9. Acceptable Use of the Platform

9.1. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.

10. Terms and Conditions of Sale

10.1. All products, including those in our Soup Box and Food Box sections, are listed with their prices, descriptions, and availability. However, representations on the Platform, including images, colors, and sounds, are for reference only and may not fully represent the purchased product.

10.2. The purchasing process involves adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, selecting a payment method, and completing the payment process through the Platform’s payment processors (Flutterwave, Paystack, Interswitch). The order will be processed and confirmed only after successful payment.

10.3. We offer several payment options, including debit card payments, bank transfers, and QR code payments through our third-party processors. All payments must be made using one of the approved methods, and cash payments are not accepted.

10.4. Ownership of any products ordered will only pass to you once full payment is received by us. Until payment is made, we retain ownership of the goods.

10.5. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund

11. Delivery

11.1. Products are delivered only within Lagos State, Nigeria. We do not process or permit deliveries outside this jurisdiction. In cases where an order is placed from a location outside of Lagos, we require a clear and justified explanation from the user regarding why the order was placed from such a location, knowing that our address feature and business operations are confined to Lagos State.

11.2. Adimeals is not liable for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration. If an order is not received or collected on time, it will be returned to us. Subsequent delivery attempts will incur additional costs.

11.3. If the delivered goods appear damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance and contact us for a resolution. Any delivery-related issues must be reported promptly for assistance.

11.4. If delivery cannot be completed due to failure to receive or collect goods, the items will be returned to us. We will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt or agree on a future course of action.

11.5. Unless otherwise agreed, each delivery attempt after the second one will be at your expense.

11.6. You can update your address if you relocate within Lagos State. Please contact us to make necessary changes to ensure smooth delivery.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

12.1. Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

12.2. Refunds will be processed for canceled orders or failed transactions, but are subject to the applicable payment processing fees and conditions. Refunds may take a few business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method used.

13. Refund Policy


13.1. Refunds will be processed through the payment processor used for the original transaction (e.g., Flutterwave, Paystack, or Interswitch). Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the payment processor.


13.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refund requests can be made via email at
adimeals@gmail.com  providing your order number, payment details, and a description of the issue.

14. Liability and Indemnification

14.1 We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. This means that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, we will not be held responsible for damages except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Our liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages arising at the time the agreement was made, provided that the platform has been used appropriately by you.

15. Shipping & Return Policy

15.1. Shipping Policy
 15.1.1. Processing Time :
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

15.1.2. Delivery Times :
Delivery times vary depending on location but typically range from 40minutes - 2 hours from dispatch. Please allow extra time for remote locations.

15.1.3. Delivery Methods :
We have an internal delivery services team to ensure your meals arrive in perfect condition. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information for real-time updates.

15.1.4. Delivery Issues :
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

15.2. Return Policy

15.2.1. Food Products :
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns after the food has been delivered. If there are issues such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within
12 hours  of receiving your delivery. We will require photographic evidence for verification.

15.2.2. How to Report a Problem :
To report an issue (e.g., incorrect or damaged food), please contact customer service at
adimeals@gmail.com    within 12 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

15.2.3. Refunds or Replacements :
If your order is confirmed to be incorrect or damaged, we will offer a
replacement or a full refund , depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the claim is reviewed. Refunds will be based on the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy .

All food items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 No Waiver
Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any right or provision of these terms will only be effective if made in writing.

16.2 Service Interruption
To ensure the continued quality of service, we may occasionally need to suspend or interrupt our platform for maintenance, updates, or other necessary changes. We will provide advance notice, where feasible.
We may also suspend or discontinue the service at any time within legal limits. In the event of discontinuation, we will assist you in withdrawing any personal data and will respect your rights to compensation under applicable law for the discontinued service.

The platform may become temporarily unavailable due to issues outside of our reasonable control, such as system breakdowns, natural disasters, or power outages. We will take appropriate steps to minimize disruption but cannot be held liable for service unavailability caused by these events.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our website or services without our express written permission. Any unauthorized reselling or exploitation of our services will result in the immediate suspension of your account.

However, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC). Should the dispute not be resolved through mediation within a reasonable period, the parties may pursue further legal action at the appropriate courts in Nigeria, as specified in the applicable jurisdictional provisions of this agreement.

16.12.2 All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the dispute's occurrence, after which they will be considered waived.
